Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers, achieve personal and store sales goals, and perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs. Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock, safely deliver parts to customers, operate POS and parts lookup systems, and use diagnostic and testing equipment. Must read and interpret safety and maintenance documents, communicate effectively with customers and team, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Basic automotive system and parts knowledge, store systems familiarity, and ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers are required. Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) and strong customer-service skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
