Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson responsible for DIY customer interactions, battery installation and testing, wiper installations, and inventory/operational duties. Provides excellent selling experiences, helps achieve personal and store sales goals, sources parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers, maintains inventory accuracy (cycle counts, back stock, etc.), and delivers parts to customers as needed. Requires store-system knowledge, basic automotive parts knowledge, ability to navigate parts catalogs, and effective communication with customers and team members. Part-time or full-time, with fleet safety certification preferred; capable of working various days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
- Entry-level sales capability
- Basic driving/navigation ability
- Excellent communication in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math and reading comprehension
- Knowledge of inventory systems and store equipment
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Ability to Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
Desired Qualifications
