Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role in automotive DIY retail. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries; achieving personal and store sales goals; performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs; maintaining store product and operational standards; handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock); and safely delivering parts when needed. Essential skills include basic driving/navigation, effective communication, proficiency with store systems and parts lookup, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends. Prior sales experience in a diverse retail environment is noted alongside a preference for fleet safety certification; English is required with Spanish as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
