Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting the DIY automotive business with responsibilities including providing an excellent selling and service experience to DIY customers in-store and by phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, offering DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs, maintaining store product and operational standards, and handling inventory processes (truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock). Requires basic automotive knowledge, ability to use delivery and store systems, strong communication, and basic math; must be able to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends. Preferred fleet safety certification; English fluency with Spanish a plus; driving/navigation skills and the ability to safely deliver parts are also emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
