Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer service and achieving personal and store sales goals. Responsibilities include automotive parts sales and DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), and maintaining store cleanliness and operation standards; requires familiarity with store systems, basic automotive knowledge, source-from-multiple-supply chains, and ability to work flexible days and weekends with strong customer communication and English (Spanish a plus).
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- basic automotive system knowledge
- basic part knowledge
- fleet safety certification preferred
- ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
- ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment
- ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
