Job Summary
Sell and service DIY customers to achieve personal and store sales goals. Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs; maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock; safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, parts lookup, and strong customer communication. 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment preferred. Must be able to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends. English required; Spanish a plus. Safety and math skills, along with ability to read safety rules and manuals, are important. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes
- Experience with inventory systems and POS
