Salesperson

Entry-level to mid-level Salesperson role in an automotive parts retail environment. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone calls, achieving personal and store sales goals, delivering DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory processes, and ensuring store cleanliness and proper stocking. Must be able to use delivery boards, navigate inventory systems, and communicate effectively with customers and teammates. Qualifications include 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail, basic automotive/parts knowledge, ability to source parts, and the capability to perform duties across days, evenings, and weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and operating in varied environments; prior experience with POS and inventory systems is required.
