Salesperson

Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent DIY customer experiences in-store and over the phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, and providing DIY services such as battery and wiper installations. Oversees inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), ensures store cleanliness and operations, and safely delivers parts to customers as needed. Requires basic automotive knowledge, ability to operate inventory and POS systems, and effective communication to build relationships with customers and teammates. Must be able to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Fluent English preferred (Spanish a plus); strong math skills and ability to interpret safety rules, parts catalogs, and procedures. 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment is listed as prior experience that helps set up success; fleet safety certification is preferred.
