Job Summary
Entry-level to mid-level Salesperson responsible for delivering a high-quality DIY customer experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store standards, and safely delivering parts to customers. Requires basic automotive/system knowledge, familiarity with store systems and POS/parts lookup, and strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues. Must be able to work across a range of shifts including evenings and weekends; 2-3 years of sales in retail is a plus; English proficiency (Spanish a plus) and ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs are essential.
