Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role focused on DIY customer sales and service objectives, including battery installation and wiper installs, with responsibilities spanning excellent selling experiences, achieving personal and store sales goals, inventory and receiving duties, and maintaining store standards. Requires basic automotive system and parts knowledge, ability to source from stores and suppliers, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, and strong communication to build customer relationships. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and a background of 2-3 years in retail sales is preferred; bilingual ability (English required, Spanish a plus) and safety awareness are valued. The position is based at 1106 2nd St, Saint Marys, WV 26170, with in-person duties and potential for delivery tasks as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish a plus
- Basic automotive system knowledge and parts knowledge
