Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson responsible for DIY customer visits and phone inquiries, achieving personal sales goals and helping the store meet its sales objectives. Performs DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installations, and maintains store product and operational standards. Handles inventory processes (including truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock), general stocking, and safe delivery of parts. Requires basic automotive parts knowledge, familiarity with store systems, basic math, and effective communication in English (Spanish a plus). Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; prior retail sales experience preferred. Fleet safety certification is a plus.
