Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting the DIY business with emphasis on delivering excellent customer experiences and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include providing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), managing inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, put-aways), delivering parts to customers, and maintaining store cleanliness. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system and part knowledge, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers. Successful candidates should communicate effectively, use inventory and POS systems, and have 2-3 years of sales experience in retail; English fluency with Spanish a plus; capable of working varied days, evenings, and weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
