Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries, achieving personal and store sales goals. Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, manage inventory and store operations (including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and safely deliver parts as needed. Must be able to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends; strong English (Spanish a plus) communication; proficiency with basic math, POS and inventory systems, parts lookup, and diagnostic/delivery equipment; ability to locate and stock parts and maintain store cleanliness. Familiarity with inventory processes, safety practices, and basic automotive parts knowledge is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
