Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on supporting DIY customers with battery installation, testing, and wiper installs, while achieving personal sales goals and helping the store reach overall sales targets. Responsibilities include delivering DIY services, maintaining store product and operational standards, and managing inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock). Additional duties cover store cleanliness, general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers. Essential skills include basic driving/navigation, effective communication (English; Spanish a plus), ability to use delivery board systems, POS and parts lookup systems, and strong knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The position requires 2-3 years of sales experience in retail and flexibility to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends.
