Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent DIY customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services (battery installations, wiper installs) while maintaining inventory and store standards. Requires basic automotive parts knowledge, familiarity with store systems and inventory processes, and strong communication skills to engage customers by phone and in person. Role supports part-time or full-time schedules, with duties including inventory control, product stocking, and safe parts delivery to customers.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Fleet safety certification preferred
- Basic driving/navigation abilities
- Ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers
- Knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes
- Ability to use delivery board system
- English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Safety knowledge and skills
