Job Summary
Salesperson for DIY automotive parts retail role focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Responsibilities include inventory control (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), store maintenance (cleanliness, stocking), and safe delivery of parts. Skills include basic automotive knowledge, vehicle maintenance understanding, ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs, use inventory and POS systems, strong communication (English; Spanish a plus), math proficiency, and flexibility to work various days/evenings/weekends. Prior 2-3 years of successful retail sales experience recommended; familiarity with delivery boards and parts lookup systems is valuable.
