Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson in automotive aftermarket retail. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone, achieving personal sales goals and helping the store reach its sales targets, delivering DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store product and operational standards, and handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock). Secondary duties cover store cleanliness, general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), customer communication, basic math, and proficiency with inventory and POS/parts lookup systems. Prior experience: 2-3 years in a diverse retail sales environment preferred. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
