Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering a strong in-store and phone-based DIY customer experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.). Includes inventory-related duties (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), general stocking, store cleanliness, and safely delivering parts to customers. Requires basic automotive knowledge, customer-service focus, ability to navigate store systems and POS, and prior sales experience in retail. 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Fleet safety certification preferred. Schedule may include days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Friendly communication
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Safety knowledge and skills
- Operating inventory systems and store equipment
- English speaking (Spanish a plus)
- Read and interpret safety/procedure documents
- Able to work various days/evenings/weekends
