Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone; meet personal and store sales goals; perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations; manage inventory including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock; maintain store cleanliness and general stocking; operate inventory and POS systems; leverage knowledge of automotive parts and system knowledge to assist customers; require basic driving/navigation, ability to use delivery board system, and strong communication in English (Spanish a plus); flexible to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Friendly communication and ability to build relationships with customers and peers
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs
- Ability to perform basic math and handle store inventory processes
