Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting DIY automotive customers with in-store and phone interactions. Responsibilities include delivering excellent selling experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, providing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store operations (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and operating POS and parts lookup systems. Requires basic math, English communication skills (Spanish a plus), ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends, and knowledge of inventory systems and automotive parts. Prior 2-3 years of retail sales experience is preferred; fleet safety certification is a plus.
