Job Summary
Entry-level to mid-level Salesperson role supporting DIY customers with battery installation, testing, and wiper installs, plus parts lookup and inventory responsibilities. Requires knowledge of store systems and automotive parts, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings/weekends. Physical readiness for stocking and delivery tasks and basic math, with 2-3 years sales experience in retail. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers and team
