Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers, achieving personal and store sales goals, delivering DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), and managing inventory and store operations. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, safe driving, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends. Key duties include delivering parts to customers, maintaining product/operational standards, handling inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, shoot outs), and performing general store tasks (cleanliness, stocking). Strong communication, basic math, and the ability to read safety instructions and parts catalogs are essential; Spanish language ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Basic driving/navigation ability
- Effective English communication (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Fleet safety certification preferred
