Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on delivering DIY customer service and achieving sales goals in a retail auto-parts environment. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experiences for DIY customers, battery installation and wiper installs, inventory management, truck put away, cycle counts, back stock handling, and delivering parts to customers. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, ability to source from stores and suppliers, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus). The position supports part-time or full-time schedules, with compensation in the hourly range of $13.50–$14.61, and involves daily operations, safety responsibilities, and customer-facing service.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Basic math proficiency
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Ability to use inventory and POS systems
- Delivery and stocking experience
