Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer service and achieving sales objectives. Responsibilities include selling to DIY customers by phone and in-store, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store operations, handling truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and ensuring store cleanliness. Must be able to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; essential skills include basic automotive knowledge, ability to use inventory and POS systems, basic math, and effective communication in English (Spanish a plus). Experience in a retail environment and ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers; physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.
