Salesperson

Entry-level to mid-level Salesperson responsible for providing excellent DIY customer service and achieving sales/service objectives. Role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. Responsibilities include selling to DIY customers, battery and wiper installations, maintaining inventory and back stock, and delivering parts as needed. Requires basic driving/navigation, effective communication, ability to work a variety of days/evenings/weekends, and 2-3 years of sales experience in retail preferred. Proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems, inventory processes, and knowledge of automotive systems are essential; bilingual ability (English, Spanish) is a plus. Demonstrates safety awareness, teamwork, and strong customer relationships.
