Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on delivering DIY automotive parts and parts-related services to customers. Responsibilities include driving sales through in-store and phone interactions, performing DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installations, maintaining inventory accuracy and store operations, and safely delivering parts to customers. Requires basic automotive knowledge, strong communication, ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends, and 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment; English (Spanish a plus) and proficiency with inventory and POS systems are desired. Fleet safety certification is preferred. The compensation range is $15.00 to $16.13 per hour for a new team member.
