Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson in a part-time or full-time role focused on DIY customer service, automotive parts knowledge, and in-store services. Responsibilities include delivering excellent selling experiences for DIY customers, achieving sales goals, conducting battery installations and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store operations (put away trucks, cycle counts, back stock), and safe delivery of parts to customers. Requires basic knowledge of store systems, automotive parts knowledge, and strong communication; English is required with Spanish a plus. Flexibility to work various days and weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
