Salesperson

Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, and providing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, inventory processes, and safety. Responsibilities include customer interactions (in-store and phone), inventory control (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), delivering parts to customers, maintaining cleanliness and general stocking, operating POS and parts lookup systems, and using diagnostic/testing equipment for DIY service. Qualifications emphasize English (Spanish a plus), strong communication, ability to work varied days including weekends, and 2-3 years of sales experience in retail. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
