Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer service both in-store and via phone. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, supporting store sales objectives, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and operational standards, handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), store cleanliness, and delivering parts to customers. Essential skills include basic automotive system knowledge, parts knowledge, ability to use inventory and POS systems, effective communication, basic math, and flexibility to work varied days/evenings/weekends. Prior experience in retail sales (2-3 years) and driving/navigation ability are noted; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Fleet safety certification preferred
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends as needed
- Experience using delivery board system and POS/Parts lookup systems
- Strong communication skills (English; Spanish a plus)
