Job Summary
Salesperson for DIY automotive parts serving walk-in customers and phone inquiries. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store standards, handling truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and general stocking. Requires ability to drive, deliver parts when needed, and use inventory and POS systems; strong communication with customers and team, and basic automotive knowledge. English required with Spanish a plus; flexibility to work various days, evenings, and weekends. 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment preferred. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
