Salesperson

Entry-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY business with responsibilities including delivering excellent selling experiences for DIY customers in-person and over the phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.), inventory management (including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), store cleanliness, general stocking, and safe deliveries. Requires basic automotive system and part knowledge, ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers, familiarity with store inventory and maintenance processes, and proficiency with store systems and POS. Strong communication in English (Spanish a plus), ability to work a varied schedule including days/evenings/weekends, and 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment are noted as favorable. Fleet safety certification is preferred. Suitable for part-time or full-time employment.
