Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for DIY customer service and product support, including battery installation, wiper installs, and other DIY services. Role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, inventory processes, and delivering parts to customers. Primary responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, maintaining store standards, handling inventory (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and operating POS and parts lookup systems. Essential skills include strong communication, basic math, driving/navigation, and ability to work a flexible schedule. Prior retail sales experience (2-3 years) preferred; fleet safety certification is a plus. Compensation range is $16.40-$17.75 per hour for a new team member; position can be part time or full time; location listed as Albany, NY.
Required Qualifications
