Salesperson

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries; achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its sales targets; perform DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs; maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes (truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock); ensure store cleanliness and general stocking; safely deliver parts to customers as needed; must be able to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends; 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment; basic automotive knowledge and ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs; proficiency with inventory systems and POS; ability to use basic math; English proficiency (Spanish a plus).
