Job Summary
Conduct DIY customer visits and phone calls to provide excellent selling experiences while achieving personal and store sales goals. Perform services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs, and maintain store product and operational standards. Manage inventory processes such as truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock, and safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Clean store areas including floors, bathrooms, and parking lots, and handle general stocking of trucks and back stock. Requires basic automotive system knowledge, ability to source from stores and external suppliers, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems. This entry-level position supports the DIY business and may be part-time or full-time.

- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
