Salesperson

Salesperson responsible for DIY automotive parts sales in-store and via phone, delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving personal and store sales goals. Primary duties include providing DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installs, maintaining inventory accuracy and store standards, and safely delivering parts to customers. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive systems and parts knowledge, basic math, and ability to work a flexible schedule including potential evenings and weekends. Strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus) and ability to build relationships with customers, peers and management. Knowledge of inventory and POS systems, parts lookup, and diagnostic equipment for DIY service is needed.
