Salesperson

Entry-level Salesperson for an automotive DIY parts store. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-person visits and phone calls, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store operations (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), safekeeping and delivery of parts, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), strong communication, ability to use inventory, POS, and parts lookup systems, basic math, driving/navigation, and willingness to work varied days/evenings/weekends. Prior experience in a diverse retail environment with a focus on customer service is preferred.
