Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent DIY customer experiences, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Roles include inventory control (cycle counts, back stock), store maintenance, and safe delivery of parts to customers. Requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems and POS/parts lookup tools, and strong communication to build relationships with customers and teammates. Flexibility to work a variety of days, including weekends; physical ability to handle lifting up to 100 pounds; prior retail sales experience highly valued. Bilingual English preferred (Spanish a plus).
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- basic knowledge of store systems
- basic automotive system knowledge
- basic part knowledge
- ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers
- excellent selling experience for DIY customers
- ability to use delivery board system
- English literacy; Spanish a plus
- ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
