Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson responsible for delivering a high-quality DIY customer experience, including battery installation and wiper installations, while achieving personal sales goals and supporting store objectives. Requires knowledge of automotive parts, familiarity with store inventory and systems, and ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. Duties include inventory processes, safety and operational standards, order delivery to customers, and basic math for parts lookup. Strong communication in English (Spanish a plus), ability to work varied shifts including weekends, and comfort with driving and delivering parts in a retail automotive environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
