Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on DIY customers, delivering battery installations, testing, and wiper installs while maintaining store inventory and supporting service objectives. Requires 2-3 years of retail sales experience, basic automotive parts knowledge, ability to source parts from multiple channels, and proficiency with inventory and POS systems. Must communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus) and be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Includes responsibilities such as inventory control (cycle counts, back stock), delivering parts to customers, and maintaining store standards. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
