Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson at Advance Auto Parts supporting the DIY automotive segment. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store standards, and handling general stocking, delivery to customers, and cleanliness. Skills include basic automotive knowledge, ability to source parts from stores/hubs, inventory system usage, POS and parts lookup proficiency, and effective customer communication. Requires 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, basic math, and the ability to work various days/evenings/weekends; Spanish is a plus. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
