Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on DIY customer sales and service objectives. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experiences for DIY customers in-store and via phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, delivering DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and operational standards, handling store cleanliness and stocking, and safely delivering parts as needed. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), effective communication, ability to read safety and parts manuals, basic math, and flexibility to work varied days and weekends. Prior experience in retail sales and familiarity with automotive parts/inventory systems, POS, and diagnostic/testing equipment are preferred. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds intermittently and working primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure.
