Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson for a DIY automotive parts environment. Responsibilities include delivering excellent selling experiences for DIY customers in person and via phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, and maintaining inventory and store standards. Must be capable with store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and be able to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. Requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible days including weekends; bilingual skills (English, Spanish) a plus. Physical duties include lifting up to 50-100 lbs and required safety and operation of diagnostic/testing equipment. The role may be part-time or full-time depending on need.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- English proficiency; Spanish a plus
- Basic math and ability to use inventory and store systems
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to safely deliver parts to customers as needed
