Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting DIY customers with in-store and phone interactions, providing battery and wiper services, and maintaining store inventory and operations. Responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, delivering parts to customers, handling inventory processes, keeping the store presentable, and using store systems (POS, parts lookup, inventory systems). Essential skills include English proficiency (Spanish helpful), basic automotive knowledge, customer relationship-building, basic math, and ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Prior retail sales experience (2-3 years) and familiarity with automotive parts and DIY services are preferred. The role may be part time or full time and involves safety-conscious handling of tools and equipment and occasional physical tasks such as lifting up to 50-100 lbs.
Required Qualifications
