Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson position supporting DIY automotive customers; responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and operating standards, handling store cleanliness and stocking, and safely delivering parts as needed. Essential skills include English proficiency, effective communication, basic math, ability to interpret safety and parts catalogs, and adaptability to a variable schedule including weekends and evenings. Prior experience in retail sales (2-3 years) is advantageous; knowledge of inventory systems, POS and parts lookup systems, and diagnostic equipment for DIY service is beneficial.

- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment (preferred)
- Fleet safety certification (preferred)
