Salesperson

Entry-level Salesperson role focused on DIY customers, providing excellent selling experience in-store and via phone. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals and helping the store reach its sales targets, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining store product and operational standards, managing inventory including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock, and general stocking and cleanliness. Skills include basic automotive system knowledge, ability to operate store systems and POS, fluent English (Spanish a plus), strong communication, math proficiency, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior experience of 2-3 years in retail sales is noted as a set-up for success. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
