Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls; meet personal sales goals and help the store achieve its sales goals; perform DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs; maintain store product and operational standards; handle inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.); ensure store cleanliness and general stocking; safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Requires 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, strong customer service, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), ability to use basic math, and ability to work a varied schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- fleet safety certification preferred
- basic automotive system knowledge
- ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
- ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment
- experience with DIY service tasks (battery installation, testing, wiper installs)
- ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
