Salesperson role focused on DIY customer support and sales. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and via phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, delivering DIY services (e.g., battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store product and operational standards, and handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock). Skills include basic automotive system and parts knowledge, ability to use store systems and POS, strong communication, basic math, driving/navigation, and flexibility to work various days/evenings/weekends. Entry to mid-level experience with 2-3 years in a diverse retail environment preferred; part-time or full-time available; fleet safety certification preferred.
