Job Summary
Provide an engaging DIY customer selling experience to reach personal and store sales goals; perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs; manage inventory and store standards; handle deliveries and vehicle parts relocation; leverage delivery board system and POS/parts lookup tools; require basic automotive knowledge and strong customer communication; flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends; 2-3 years of sales experience in retail and ability to navigate and locate parts; physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- basic automotive system knowledge
- basic part knowledge
- fleet safety certification preferred
- ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
- ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment
- English language proficiency; Spanish a plus
