Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role focused on delivering an excellent selling experience for DIY customers, hitting personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Responsibilities include maintaining store product and operational standards, managing inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), general stocking and store upkeep, safely delivering parts to customers, and operating inventory and POS systems. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), effective communication, ability to work various days/evenings/weekends, basic math, and familiarity with automotive parts and systems. Prior sales experience in retail (2-3 years) and basic familiarity with safety, driving, and navigation are noted as success factors.
