Salesperson

Salesperson for an automotive DIY parts store. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-person visits and phone interactions, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (e.g., battery installation, testing, wiper installations), maintaining product and operational standards, managing inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and ensuring store cleanliness and general stocking. Essential skills include basic automotive system knowledge, parts knowledge, ability to use inventory and POS systems, customer communication, basic math, and ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends. Prior 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment is preferred. English proficiency is required; Spanish a plus. Physical demands include frequent walking/standing, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and working indoors with occasional exposure to weather and equipment.
